Regions Not Supported
We regret that we do not offer shipping to Japan at this time. For inquiries about alternative shipping methods, please contact our store.

To the United States:

・Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as location, weather conditions, and customs procedures.
Important Notes
・We do not process shipments on weekends, public holidays, or during year-end and summer holidays.
・We do not ship to freight forwarding services.
・We do not accept orders with multiple shipping destinations.
・While you may request specific delivery dates and times during checkout, we cannot guarantee these requests due to regional and shipping method constraints.
Returns & Cancellations
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us in advance. We will provide detailed instructions for the return process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item.
Please note that customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
